BEAN BREAD

HERE IS A RECIPE FOR THE BEANS, BULLET AND BAND AID READER and anyone else.

1-15 oz. can of Pork and Beans
4 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp.baking powder 1 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTION

1. Preheat oven to325 degrees then
grease a flour 2 9X5X3 inch loaf pans

2. Puree untrained Pork and Beans in a blender

3. In large bowl combine eggs, flour sugar and salt,oil,
cinnamon, baking soda,vanilla,and baking powder.

4. Mix well then add nuts and pureed Pork and Beans.

5. Again mix then divide and pour into 2 pans evenly.

Bake 60 minutes until bread is done.

This recipe is akin to to Pumpkin Bread. Add raisins if desired.
