i've been thinking. i think m. creekmore as the right idea. if i were younger, healther, and smarter i would head south if things were t go realy bad or wrose than they are now. j. rawles can keep his wild country where the living is hard, cold and isolated. unless you have the money and the ability to survive in bitter cold or heat and wind i would think twice about relocating into what woul be be prety hostile enviroment for the uniniated.
i would head south..if i could. the southern mountains of appilachia or the marginal lands surronding the great americn swamps would be my refuge of choice.
the swamp lands are teeming with wild life and plants that are sustainable for a bugouter. people have been survivig in these swamplands and fring areas for a long, long time.
wherever you were to go there would be hardships in order to survive, but i would rather do it in an area that is generaly warmer. yup, creekmoroe has a goog plan...go south, i would..if i could.
