California is sliding off into the abyss. When their welfare programs sink they will not swim. When the monthly checks don't appear in the money(mail)box or the direct deposit accounts you can look for a California crime wave. My brother told me forty years ago that the welfare system was for the biggest part...Riot Control.
Those that need assistance the most...the elderly, the infirm and truly disabled will suffer the most and probably be victims of the un(dead)rest that follows the budgetary chaos to follow. American citizens can not support the world...which the government has been doing since post WW2.
When the IOUs hit the FAN...LOOK OUT.
On an other day I will try to do more, better posting and maybe start putting up a few recipes, but this it for the day as it is still hard to write.
