THERE IS A GLORIOUS WORLD OF LIGHT
ABOVE THE STARRY SKY,
WHERE THE SAINTS DEPARTED,
CLOTHED IN WHITE,
ADORE THE LORD MOST HIGH.

EMMANUEL'S GROUND,

We know of course, that Christ doesn't really "live in the sky" as alliterated in the poem, but is everywhere in the hearts of His people, all people, at all times, and is especially present in the spirit of His faithful and Saints. Christ ascended into heaven, not into the sky, but sky is the easiest term to understand and write of, in the Gospels, and even for us in our modern world...for who has seen heaven other than a rare few and were able to return and speak of heaven to our limited capacity of knowing.
I took a couple "days off" due to computer problems. It was good to have some reflective time and not worry about this computer, although I was spitting nickles over what happened and how it happened. I wasn't thrilled about having to call a computer tech. to get me up and going again. However, ups and downs are part of life and accept it, we must...but I can still spit a few nickles, can't I?!! Not profanity, just a few nickles!!
