Frost

The average first first frost in this area is around Oct. 15th. It may frost a little earlier this year. We went from record breaking 90's in late Sept. to the night time 30's in the first new days of Oct. So, we may get more surprises as fall wears along and slips into late fall. Are you ready? Have you stocked enough to see you through the coming lean months ahead?

Got plenty of toilet tissue?
canned foods?
dry foods?
bottled water?
flash light batteries?
alternate sources of heat?
for cooking and home?
lots of warm fleece?
and fuzzes?
extra medicine?
reading material?
candles?
matches, matches?
or lighters?

You get the general gist of things and what you may need in times of striff or bad weather. You can make your own list, if you haven't already, for the coming winter. The economy is bad and prices are high. Disposable income isn't so disposable anymore. Watch for good sales which are becoming fewer and fewer. Just do your best to be prepared....and I will, too.
Judy has called three times today with nothing to say that I havaen't heard before. Give me peace.
The flies are coming in like crazy which is a good indicator of colder weather yet to come, even though warmer days are to return for a short time.

ARE LIKE MOUNT SION,
WHICH IS IMMOVABLE
WHICH FOREVER STANDS
